If you need help with a product you’ve purchased, Codanya offers two easy ways to contact the author for assistance:
Option 1: From the Tickets Page
- Go to the My Tickets page from the Dashboard sidebar.
- Click Create Ticket and select the product you need help with.
- Write your message and submit it — the author will receive it directly through PortaSale’s built-in ticket system.
Option 2: From the Purchases Page
- Open your Purchases page.
- Find the product you’re having an issue with.
- Click the Support ticket beside the product to open a new support request.
💡 Tip: Be polite, include your purchase details (like transaction ID or date), and clearly describe your issue.
Most authors respond within 24–48 hours.
