If you need help with a product you’ve purchased, Codanya offers two easy ways to contact the author for assistance:

Option 1: From the Tickets Page

  1. Go to the My Tickets page from the Dashboard sidebar.
  2. Click Create Ticket and select the product you need help with.
  3. Write your message and submit it — the author will receive it directly through PortaSale’s built-in ticket system.

Option 2: From the Purchases Page

  1. Open your Purchases page.
  2. Find the product you’re having an issue with.
  3. Click the Support ticket beside the product to open a new support request.

💡 Tip: Be polite, include your purchase details (like transaction ID or date), and clearly describe your issue.
Most authors respond within 24–48 hours.
