If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, you can easily submit a request through your Codanya account.
Steps to Request a Refund:
- Go to your Dashboard → Purchases.
- Find the product you want a refund for.
- Click the Action beside the product.
- Select Request Refund from the options.
- Write a clear explanation of your issue and a reason for the refund.
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed carefully. The seller will evaluate your claim and notify you by email.
If your refund is approved, the amount will be returned to your account wallet.
💡 Tip: Each seller sets their own refund policy. Some may offer refunds within a specific period, while others may not. Always review the product’s refund terms before submitting a request.
