Refund availability, duration, and conditions vary from product to product and are displayed clearly on the product page before purchase.
Please read the product refund information carefully before completing your order. By purchasing a digital product on Codanya, you agree to the refund terms specified by the seller at the time of purchase.
Seller-Defined Refund Policies
1. Refund Periods:
- Each seller decides whether refunds are offered and, if so, the number of days within which a refund request can be made.
- For example, a seller may allow refunds within 7 days, 30 days, or no refunds at all.
- The applicable refund policy for each product is shown on its product page under the purchase product buttons.
2. No Refund Products:
- Some products are sold with a “No Refund” policy, as determined by the seller.
- If a product page states “No refunds,” all sales for that item are final once the transaction is completed.
3. Duplicate Purchases:
- If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, you may request a refund for the duplicate transaction regardless of the seller’s refund terms.
4. Defective or Misrepresented Products:
- If a product is defective, not as described, or fails to function as advertised, buyers must first contact the seller directly for support or a fix.
- If the issue remains unresolved, buyers may contact Codanya Support with sufficient evidence, and we’ll review the case in accordance with the seller’s policy.
5. Downloaded or Accessed Products:
- Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, it typically becomes non-refundable unless the seller’s policy explicitly allows refunds for such cases.
Non-Refundable Digital Products
Most digital products become non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. This includes, but is not limited to:
- E-books
- Software and plugins
- Digital templates or themes
- Online courses
- Music or audio files
- Graphics, illustrations, or digital artwork
- Any other downloadable or digital content
Refund Request Process
If the product you purchased is eligible for a refund according to the seller’s policy:
1. Contact the Seller:
Always try to contact the product author or seller first to resolve any issue. Most sellers respond quickly and offer direct help.
2. Contact Codanya (if needed):
If the seller does not respond or the issue remains unresolved, contact our support team through the Contact Us page or email us.
3. Provide the Following Details:
- Order number
- Product name and link
- Reason for requesting a refund
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, issue details, etc.)
4. Review Time:
- Refund requests are typically reviewed within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the complexity of the case and the seller’s cooperation.
Refund Method
Approved refunds are processed through Codanya Wallet. Once credited, you can use the wallet balance to purchase other products on the platform. Refund processing times may vary depending on internal review and payment verification steps.
Important Notes & Exclusions
Refund requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product page clearly states “No refunds”.
- You changed your mind after purchasing the product.
- You did not read the product description or requirements carefully before buying.
- You lack the software, tools, or knowledge to use the product.
- The refund request is made after the seller’s allowed period.
- The product has been downloaded, accessed, or used.
